It will be street parking with meters . But if you don't have wheelchair you have to go early if person has to walk, especially if they need help walking dropping off might not work.
The restaurant doesn't have any designated parking. Just public parking and meters, which can all be used with a handicap placard. There are designated handicap spots in downtown.
