Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it that. Total snobs, first of all. Marginal and over-priced selection that can found anywhere, second. But the icing is that emailed to ask about services and hours. I wanted proper down cleaning for an expensive duvet. The incompetent fool who wrote to me apparently doesn't even know the hours of his own place of work. He told me a day and time they are not even open. So I braved the bridge traffic on the weekend and drove all the way there only to arrive to a shuttered business. Well done. Really...top notch. I'll use Blanc de Plume's mail in service in Kansas. Better service. And they know what they're doing.

Hi Eloi, thanks for your message! We do fill comforters. The comforter must get washed before any work is done to it, a queen size is $60. We can add any amount of down you wish to make it fuller and warmer and we'll advise on amount when we see the comforter. The labor to add more down is $45. 1 lb. of down is $140 and we can do increments of 1/2 lb. depending on how fuller or warmer you'd like it. It will take about 1-2 weeks depending how busy we are at the moment. Please feel free to either bring it in any time or ship it to us. Let me know if you have other questions.
