I was having brunch at Elmers Woodburn today with my kids and husband and I was flabbergasted by the server's guest service. Has anyone receive bad service at this Elmers location? This is a first for me.

Not for this guy Maika. They were good.

Been on the lounge side, first time no service, guess it depends , woman who served me last time was excellent.

No, but if it was that bad, you should tell the management....they would want to know.....and fix the problem.

I was there and service was okay with a lot of customers. We did go without coffee a bit. But servers have always been pleasant.

The restaurant gets really busy and becomes chaotic,but my experience has been mostly satisfactory with the wait staff.

Never any problems, think you should try once more.

I have only been there once and the place was super busy but the service was still very good with as busy as it was i was expecting the service to be a little slow but it wasn't i was very surprised and impressed
