Yes and I suggest you make one and bring your documents. Have everything with you. I don't want to put the staff on blast, but they get a little 'agitated' when people don't have certain documents and such. I've seen it over and over waiting in line when I'm picking up a package and it's honestly awkward seeing a family get pressed for missing something or not having an appointment. Getting back on topic. Make an appointment and take all your documents with you and it should be a smooth process also don't smile in your passport photo. The reason is so they can identify you easily. Hopes this helps
