Worst post office in history. Can't wait for pearblossom post office to reopen. I miss the amazing staff there like Casey and Dexter.

Considering it was a Post Office and the USPS has a history of bad service, was surprisingly easy (once again, easy as in USPS easy) but person as desk was extremely knowledgeable for passports and was able to quickly process my applications.

USPS has the worst customer service. The one by my house is thankfully not too bad but I had to come here for a different reason. Stank attitudes here. There’s a way for employees to explain things politely but I guess expressing obvious irritation is the preferred option here. I’d rather make the trip to LA. Oh and don’t bother trying to come close to lunch time (11:30) because if you get there even a few minutes before, you’re gonna get turned away and waste time and money driving there.

If you're thinking of getting your passport appointment done here, proceed with caution. I understand that times are tough, but the fact that there is apparently only one person who can oversee applications is pretty ridiculous. And as someone who is socially anxious, I'm disappointed that I wasted all my time waiting nervously for nothing. The best advice I can give to someone who is thinking of going here for their first time passport is this. Make the passport appointment at two different places in addition to this one (not on the same days, obviously). If one works, great! Just cancel the other ones. I sure wish someone would've told me that before my appointment was canceled. Certainly would've helped me. Hopefully this will help someone out there.
