I wonder why the tow truck dri ver would say its a wire thats causing the problem. Battery a few months old, I had to discon ect the battery cable from the battery.Tow truck driver said its illegal for DMV to charge if the car has been in operable for six years? I paid $328 and didnt get the tegistration only a sticker until the car passes s.og check and gets repaired. Should I junk this car.
