Starting out I thought the experience was going to be easy and painless as it was the first time when I went to carmax in Pleasanton CA. Unfortunately it wasnt, had a car transferred from SoCal to Fairfield and it took them almost a week to call me in and bout time they called me in my appraisal offered expired and I had to redo it. To make a long story short I had to go to carmax in Fairfield 5 separate times before actually working with someone who knew what they were doing and got me in my car. It was a very frustrating process and a lot of back and fourth that was unnecessary.

Very poor service. No expination why my offer was reduced by 3000.00 all they were prepared to do was give me a check i had not agreed to. Then the sales woman begins to argue with other sales staff about what she was supposed to discuss with me.

Just purchased a Dodge ram 1500 Laramie sport 2021. The vehicle was clean inside and out.the information center in the truck wasn't adequately explained on how the functions work.would of been helpful.the sensor for backup was on,and the truck would break abruptly when in reverse, backing downhill.this need to be resolved thru the information center console.very pleased with truck purchase
