You don't need dog specific cbd. Regular cbd oil will work just fine. Just make sure that there is ABSOLUTELY no THC in it. THC can and will kill your dog.
Not sure but i think you meant "dabs".... And the answer is no but a place online called 'select cbd' has some wonderfully beneficial cbd tinctures for dogs
