They lost a customer this morning. I bought 2 different carts on 4/20. THEY accidentally gave me 2 of the same. The following day (today 4/21) I brought them back unopened and with a receipt and they would not exchange one for a different strain. The excuse they gave me is that they can only take back “factory defects”. They screwed up and it’s on the customer. 100 dispensaries in a 10 mile radius. Stupid to lose a customer over something like this.

All our employees and guests are required to wear masks. We also sanitize between visits. We have the floors marked at a minimum of 6 feet apart for proper social distancing.
