Love the job... Certain policies need to be changed in order for overall good of employees being let go. There is an unwillingness to put into effect the needed changes to protect everyone from ineffectual algorithms of rates in each dept.
I liked it, but management needs to pull their heads out of somewhere the sun don't shine. No room for advancement unless you become a favorite of your AM.
Depends on your mind set . its not long term job .
