Who else agrees, Franklin VA location is dirty? Multiple times I have returned food with hair! They are rude and act like you're wrong when asking for replacement!. Made my last visit there today!

Good Morning All, I had a very different experience on my visit to Wendy's in Franklin. My order was prompt and very impressive. I ordered the new Baconator Breakfast Sandwich combo. I normally don't do fast food just for the reasons you guys mentioned prior. however, I am in the Food Safety Industry and if it was awful from my 1st impression, rest assured, I wouldn't have ordered anything. Believe me, I visually inspect everywhere I eat before placing an order. With that said, I had a great experience and was on my way down 58. Kenny

I agree as well the food tastes trouble it's not clean you wait forever for your food they are very rude not nice at all they need new workers and cleanness and better cooks
