I had your mint chocolate chip yesterday. The ice cream was good but the chocolate chips were very waxy. It ruined the taste of the ice cream. Are they all made that way? The pumpkin pie spice was very good. Thank you.

I've noticed this too. The Chip chocolate does seem different from other chocolates, eg, drumsticks which seem to taste​ more milky.

Chips are generally hit or miss for me. Gunther's quality overall is excellent. I have not really had a flavor I don't like. Favorites for me are coconut and lemon custard.
