Make one.There are many LGBTQ kids, even if their parents realize it or not. There's a huge need for awareness. Contact Sacramento or placer LGBTQ and see what you can create. Good luck

I think if you did a little research, you'd find that most events like what you're hoping for aren't organized by municipalities, but by people like you interested in raising their community's awareness of LGBTQ issues. Perhaps you should reach out to a local club (e.g., Sierra College) to see if you could drum up interest and support for such an event and help to lead it?
