We love RC Wiley’s when shopping for furniture; however, when my wife brought the paperwork back to me after paying I saw all the warranties we were billed for. We were never asked if we wanted them, but was told what the warranty covered, assuming it was included. We were never asked if we wanted it and that is not right, thus the 1 Star rating. I did have them all removed for a total reduction of more than $350.00.

Poor/slow customer service. Asked for a refund after they picked up the item this past week and still have not received our money/no update on where it is and they keep directing us to the next person and no one ever gets back. They are not even trying to save us as customers at this point and are continuing to do the bare minimum, very disappointing! Update: after damaging our floors by delivering a treadmill, it has been almost a full month and our floors are still not fixed. I couldn’t caution someone enough to be very careful of this store and the way they handle customers is extremely poor.

The sale that we had going on over the weekend was for a Beat the Heat Sale, which had Father's Day Gift Ideas included in the sale.
Most appliances can be hauled away. Typically a dishwasher would have to be installed and the installed would haul it away.
