I stopped in at the market at the Chevron @ hwy 20 roundabout. It is 100 degrees so I took my mini mutt in and was told he was not welcome. So, as the owner, would you rather have dogs die than enter your store?

Sadly they have the right to not allow non ESA or Service animals.

They do offer plenty of shaded areas outside, I don't see a problem.

If it's not a service dog than yes they would have to stay outside just leave someone in the vehicle with them.
