Fire Buff
New office built in 2012-2013 is tan & replaced some historic white buildings, some of which were relocated to Beckstoffer Vineyards and Seeley Stage Stop while others were destroyed. Some good historic pictures and maps on display. Fire engines and Elk Mtn. Hotshots stationed here. E14 was a model 60 on an International S-series chassis. My aerial photo was taken 10/19/2002.

The tower has been there the tower will still be there.i am making this assumption that if there was any fire damage to begin with,or in the event that it was destroyed, that it will be either repaired or rebuilt because of the simple fact that they would have to pull permits to do so .So in short ,it is a tower and it must comply with the California building codes!this means that it would be inspected by a State /Federal building inspector.getting on here, the tower will most likely be replaced because of fedegal relief funding and trust you /me that the forestry division of the government will take full advantage and spare no thought to minimal expense as they are granted an annual operations quota that they must use in whole in order to main there standard Budget in accordance with there general opperations already set .The forestry station in question here will take and make the most of the exstended/modified anual payment to not only rebuild or repair said tower, but to upgrade.-dan
