Why does your food take 45 minutes and when you get it is always cold why is that even when there's nobody there

It does usually take longer to get ur food

I don't know I love the burgers and fries but don't be in a hurry.

Haven't had that problem at this location.

Only thing I can say is go to some other place

I never had that problem first time i was there
