Our bike club rides 22 miles there, 22 miles back, urban riding, just so that we can enjoy the food, coffee, and other drinks there.
It's a cuban establishment so there are food options/beverages that reflect that as well as standard food options. I have tried most options and they are very satisfying. The bakery has a variety from croissants, cupcakes, coffee cakes, sliced cake, elegant desserts, danish, and whole cakes. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with anything you order. There is also a good selection of beverages, and the orange juice is fresh squeezed. You will soon taste why this is a go-to spot for many locals & tourists, and why the lines can sometimes be long.
One of the best bakeries in LA, prices are reasonable, and the great service they offer
I have never met anyone that did not like Porto's.
It is hands down the best bakery in Los Angeles.
