Hi Deb, i personally float clothes-less.
Birthday suit is recommended. You'll be in a private room with space to change and a shower. I highly recommend floating. Its very peaceful and I always come out feeling great.
Most people float nude for the full sensory deprivation but a lot will also wear a bathing suit. Balance float has videos that go over full process and I recommend watching them prior to first float
