It's shame that someone is asking do they take breaks . It's require by law that everyone and ever job you take break and lunch anything more then I'm assuming you work more then 5.0 to 5.5 hrs . If your looking to sue Wal-Mart I would not want to be your pet monkey I respect Wal-Mart weather I no they have miss treat people in pass but that's ever job or Corporate America
I am sure that they take breaks through the day. When I have been at my local Walmart I hear supervisors tell someone to go take their break.
