I would report it to Troy the main manager if he is available. If not the next highest in authority that is available. Unfortunately I have noticed most employees at this location really don't give two sh**s about the customers.
Unfortunately, the problem is that once a company gets so big they don't give two cents about customer service. Your going to shop their anyways. Small businesses is best to be supported by you because it's better for local cities economy and if their employees don't give good service, bye bye, they are replaced. Those businesses need your support to be successful. It means way more to them.

If you need help and your being ignored, demand to talk to the highest authority possible. Report those employees that were ignoring you, and express your grievances like a civilized adult and go from there. Keep in mind that your at Walmart and you get what you pay for. Including customer service.
Ask for a manager, call corporate after getting their names, and use it with corporate.
