It is totally free. The only fee is when u rent a swan boat, family bike or if u visit the Japanese garden near by which is only 3 dollars entrance fee

No entrance or parking fee. Parking is at a premium some days but it is free. Roger explained it well when he said the only fees are when you rent something.
