Go on craigslistfingerlakes.org and ck for a pup. I found my 1yr old shih tzu on there. A lady from otisco lake had to rehome my little guy. We are so pleased with him. He learning to go outside to do his business. He's doing very well in his new fenced in yard. I love him already. You may find what your looking for. Or ckeck out gerty's small dog rescue. It's up in Fulton ny. She has an on line applacation you can fill out. I think she just took in some small dogs. Ck it out.
I honestly have no clue. You woukd havebto call them an ask. I only went there an got my cat fixed for 15 bucks because i get foodstamps and i get ssi.
