Yes. I had to fill out online and they call you for payment and time to pick up .Monday was very busy because of weekend good luck

Order it online and they will call you for payment info and tell you when to pick it up at the window in the trailer in back of the building.

They are not accepting walk-ins right now (during the COVID-19 pandemic). You need to fill out a request online at jacohd.org and wait for a phone call. You will pay over the phone and they will tell you to come pick up the record. You don't have to pick it up at a specific time or even the same day. Not really an appointment, but no walk-ins either.

No you dont. Go to the website, request a birth certificate. They will call u for payment. Then you can pick up. If u call before 2pm u can pick up same day. It only took me an hour to get it.
