Oh my gosh these guys are great!! Carpet was affordable. They had just the style we needed. They had my carpet installed with 10days! They arrived right on time as scheduled, and the carpet looks (and feels) fantastic! The service men were fast and professional and left the workspace neat. And communication for scheduling was exceptional. I went with Big Bob's after an order with Lowe's went as sour as a wrestler's foot soaked in vinegar. Big Bob's was an improvement in every respect. Go with Big Bob's. I will again in a heartbeat.

Sadly, even though the carpeting was nice and affordable, I was very unsatisfied with the installation service I received from Bob's. However, when I brought it to their attention, they came out and made it right. All's well that ends well 😊

Working with Big Bob's to replace our threadbare carpet was a great experience. The salesman Chris was honest and forthcoming, never pushy. In fact, when I described what I was looking for, he suggested the cheaper of the two carpet options as a better fit for my needs. The installation was quick, the carpet was tight, and the installers were careful to clean up before and after. I would absolutely recommend Big Bob's.

We recently had our whole house re-carpeted and went thru Big Bob's. We got quotes from a few other places such as BR Carpet and they quoted $2,500 MORE for poor quality carpet. After deciding to go with Big Bob's, we could not be more pleased! It was supposed to be a 2 day job for 6 bedrooms + stairs (4 bedrooms, living room, dining room & 4 sets of stairs) and they got this job done in 1 DAY! I could not believe it. The carpet is some of the best quality and SO soft (now maybe our dogs will stop hopping in bed with us at night and just sleep on the floor!) and the pattern carpet we put on 2 out of 4 sets of stairs is beautiful. They even used leftover of the new carpet and wrapped the poles in our garage to avoid door dings. We are just so happy with the results and overall customer service we received at Big Bob's. We will definitely be referring people from here on out.

Hi Tammy, We have 3 sizes of in-stock bound carpet rugs: 6' x 9' - $60 8' x 10' - $80 9' x 12' - $100 Other sizes can be custom ordered and the pricing would vary based on what carpet you select to be bound. A custom bound 10' x 10' area rug starts at around $195 and up based on the carpet selection. A 12' x 12' starts at around $250 and up.
Hi Dean, Thank you for your inquiry. Kyle is correct we do not sell beds. We only sell flooring, flooring related products and installation in our Kansas City Area locations. Our store that used to be located on Noland Road did sell beds a few years back, but the new store located on 39th street only deals in flooring.
