What steps do I take to navigate the Wyco nightmare (see reviews) of registering my new used car? What paperwork if any beside Title and Proof of Ins? Should I go to office, or go online?

Do as much as you can online. There are steps for registering your car. First one though, if the car is titled in a different state, is to go get it inspected at the highway patrol inspection station off of Lamar and i35. It will save you the headache of starting the process and finding out right off the bat that you need it. If you choose the in person route the annex off of 85th and state is the only one open to the public.
