went to urgent care monday. 2 days later rx still not sent to pharmacy (after multiple calls). provider did not take a med history on me, and she wrote her notes down on a scrap piece of paper. never have I had an experience like this where I felt the provider could not have cared less about me. nurse who took my vitals was great though.

Inwas sick & gelt terrible! The front desk staff was very nice! The Dr was even nicer! He went above & beyond to suggest a primary doctor because I have new insurance.

I tested positive for covid yesterday. I also need a strep test, so I called heartland UC. I said "I have a couple questions about services, do you have a minute?" The lady said "No not really, what do you mean by services" that was so rude. I was concerned with exposing other people and just wanted to know if they could strep test me in the parking lot instead of me coming in.

Highly recommend this Urgent care for your little one. I was in/out in 20 mins with my 10 month old. I asked for my daughter to be tested for RSV due to a family member testing positive for it. Due to it being an urgent care and us still dealing with a pandemic we were able to wait in my car and someone came out and got us.
