The social security office doesnt deal with replacing Medicaid cards. Whoever Is your provider you have to call their 1-800 number. So say you have Missouri Care Medicaid then you call Missouri Cares 1-800 number and request a replacement card. Unfortunately it can take up to 3 weeks to get a new one. So after they put it in the system to send out a new one ask them for your DCN number. If you haven't gotten your new card by the time you go to the doctor give them your DCN number and they can look it up in Medicaid system to show if your active or not. Hope this helps! Good luck.

You need to go to the social security or social service's or go to their website & great your account to have access to your information. Trying to catch them by phone will be counterproductive. Good luck
