Has improved significantly post-Covid. For a trip to the DMV, it's much nicer than a root canal.

We walked in around 1:30 and we were there for 3 hours. They stopped taking any drivers license people right after we signed in. It took 3 hours to be seen. There is only one person that does licenses. Granted he's very nice, but they need another camera and employee to do them.

Friendly staff but as usual didn't have everything they needed or should say wouldn't accept what I did have for proof. Finally 3rd trip was able to get my license. Hallelujah.

He will need to bring all necessary paperwork. You might check online to see what paperwork he needs.
Proof of physical address, social, proof if you have a PO box. They only except utilities bills as proof or personal property as proof. You might take your birth certificate in case it's needed.
You get your sales tax receipt in the state where you paid for the vehicle. So, any Kansas license office can get it for you.
Id go to parkville platte city ks slow and no sense of urgency. And they are closed monday i believe.
Birth Certificate, a piece of legal mail and your S.S card
If you have the title, take that to the license bureau instead. You still need the inspection certificate and your tax receipt as well
Go to MO Department of Revenue License Bureau on the web and search their FAQS. They also have a phone number, but in my experience, they rarely answer the phone.

Title from seller for the vehicle, paid personal property tax receipt for 2019, current insurance card, motor vehicle inspection if the vehicle is over 10 years old or has over 150,000 miles on it, if purchased out of state it will need an ID/OD inspection. If you sold any vehicles within 180 days before or after you bought your new one, you'll need proof that you sold it to get the sales tax credit bill of sale is best if you didn't trade it in that is.
Yes
I think you have to go to the DFS building on Marshall Road. They get tested by the sheriff's dept. I don't know if you need an appointment.
I'd go up to Plattsburg, no appointment needed. I got stuff done in less than an hour.
Show up and if you are there for a driver's license, sign in and complete the form. I was there week before last. The staff is doing a very good job given the limitations on the number of people who can be in the office at one time.
Just outside their office there's a table with clipboard to sign your name, when your name is called they will take good care of ya!
This is the licensing office, you would go here after passing a permit test to get your learner's permit. You have to go to a Missouri Highway Patrol Drivers testing center. The Gladstone location is open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. The Platte City office which is at 233 Marshall Drive is only open on Mondays from 9:15 am to 4 pm.
If she has a passport with her current information that works. If not, and she uses her birth criticate, she will need marriage licenses and divorce papers to show name change progression.
You can go to either the dmv or the family support office to redo your voters card.
no
No they do not do road testing for drivers. They update licenses take photos, renew licenses also property taxes. They are not equipped to do drivers testing or road testing to get a license.
Google dmv for answers, they should have FAQ page
There are several places near platte city where you can get your car inspected. Larry's in Tracy is the cheapest I believe and it's less than a mile outside of Platte City.
