The bottom floor is not. Top floor is, but i don't believe the access to the bathrooms are ADA compliant.
You could make it in there with a wheelchair, but you almost need night vision goggles once inside because it's so dimely lit with only red lamps and fake candles.
It seemed as though it would be difficult to get around in a wheelchair even upstairs on a weekend night, but then again I did see a few large people that were as wide as wheelchairs themselves get around fine. And the patrons seem pole so they would probably shift more for someone that needed them to to get through.
Not really for downstairs but can be a challenge on the main floor. Because it can get crowded.
Sort of. It would be tricky to navigate in a wheelchair as some of the corners into the building are pretty tight.
