The Dodgers didn't come to Los Angeles to replace the angels.

No, the Dodgers moved to Los Angeles, because Walter O'Malley, after years of trying, couldn't reach a land deal in Brooklyn. The Angels and Dodgers shared Dodgers Stadium, until the Angels had their own stadium built. The Dodgers didn't come here to replace the Angels. 😊
