When are his actual business hours? I've come too many times where he's closed between 10-12.

One normally between 10 and 11 he goes to the bank and pick it up his wife and then he be back

Yea they come when they can...

5am to 9 PM

Sometimes they make errands during the day......but.....they do return in a good timeframe......

I don't think that he got any business hours it seams to me that the open when they want to
