Yes if you call or stop by your local Social Service office they will assist you in completing all necessary steps needed within the application. It can get denied because 1 box was not checked or answered so please reach out to the Social Services Office for more information. Best of luck to you and wish we could help further.

Please do not "stop by" unless you are making an appointment. Generally the office does not take walk ins and are appointment based. Better yet call the Call Center at 1-877-410-8829. They can tell you exactly what you need to do.
