I am looking for a romantic restaurant for an upcoming trip, though we are both vegan. Would Copley's be able to work with that, or is the menu limited?

My wife is vegan as well. We were at copleys again last night. They offered a grilled veggie plate with a wonderful crusted tofu. The dish is not on the menu but they have a couple of options. It is an excellent restaurant. Great food and service and a very romantic setting. Ask to be seated on tbe patio
