If you payed with a debit or credit card they can slide your card and it will pull up the receipt
Go again and tell them about the policy or find the receipt make sure that the policy is right and you are not reading it wrong.
You can produce a receipt from your bank account and you can contest the transaction with your credit card company and Walmart will have no choice but to facilitate your return or exchange
Just take on a paper copy of your bank or credit card statement
They also won't allow you to return Goods that are no longer in stock, even if they were rotated out of stock a week ago. I had the receipt for over $250 worth of clothing that I had bought for Christmas presents for a party that got cancelled. I brought the clothes back to Walmart after Christmas and they told me that even though I had the receipt they cannot refund me anyting. They said the items of clothing were seasonal and despite the fact that it was less than 30 days after purchasing them, and I had my receipt, I was told I was out of luck. I DID ask for store credit, and they told me NO again. I was a regular Walmart customer and never returned anything in my life there, so it was very shocking. I had assumed they had a liberal return policy, and this one seems very restrictive.
If you used a credit card or debit get a copy of the transaction and present it when you go back
I would call their headquarters
Contact the manager Yconne.
You always need a receipt no matter what so i would find the receipt and take it with you and you shouldn't have any trouble if it's still less than two weeks
