No, not at all. There are multiple tracks more meant to test the capabilities of the cars in a very muted fashion. No giant oval. No top speed. There is an acceleration straight away, but you won't get a Carrera S over 120mph on it. I'm sure the turbo and Gt3 are faster, but still not sustained.
No, it's mainly different types of tracks to experience different scenarios with the car (acceleration, braking, drifting and stability)
