This story is inconsistent. 1. You reported to us you spent $176, here over $300 2. You reported you dont like the feeling of hair sticking you on your back 3. We advised we dont return or exchange...per our policy especially for this reason. Everyone has different sensitivity to foreign objects on their head. 4. The hair did not matt or tangled, you brought it to us to see and agreed it was ok .. but that you dont like the feeling of ot sticking your back. We revommend a good conditioner (Silicon Mix) and/or short length next purchase. 5. We do not exchange a product because you changed your mind on what you wanted.

I Ordered hair from them one time and being a stylist for over 20 years, I was highly dissapointed! I would advice people to go to Paulines in Inglewood or Bellflower. Their hair last every bit of 2 years. Secondly they have bad business skills. I live an hour away from their store and they said they dont give prices over the phone!! Excuse me!! So people supposed to just trust an hour for some possible dried out desert hair. Umm No! NEVER!
