Use to love this vet , but can't believe how expensive they have gotten, I was quoted a huge amount for my dogs dental, and it just doesn't make sense , I use to pay under$900 for 2 dogs with a few extra add-ons while they we're under, but now they want over $1000 for 1 dog dental. Seems outrageous to me. I'll drive down the hill and put my dog on a Banfield pet plan before I pay that much for a dental and bump removal.

From a 12 year client, I would not recommend and will not go back. I've been taking my beagle to this vet since 2010 and they seemed pretty good back then. However, over the past few years the quality has declined. Most recently, my beagle that has been seeing this vet for 12 years came down with a serious breathing problem. I rushed over to this vet and waited in their parking lot before they opened. Because of COVID you typically have to call in - so I called in and was shocked what I was told. They asked if I had an appointment...I said no and that my dog was having trouble breathing. They said they vet would be in around 9 am...I was ok waiting for 30 min. After they put me on hold, they said they couldn't fit me in their schedule and I would have to go elsewhere. That's after spending a decent amount of money at this vet over 12 years! When you need them, they seem not to be available and request you make an appointment when there is an emergency....I am never again going to this vet and do not recommend. There are now several other much better vets in the area that you should give your business

Two months ago we got out first new puppy and we’re first time owners of a dog. Of course she was small when we got her and she needed her shots. I did a lot Of research and two really great veterinary popped on my google search so I called one first and they told me that they weren’t taking any new puppies. So my only option was this vet place and honestly I just wanted the best for my puppy. I called this place and the staff here were so nice and helpful, they gave me some Information I need it and within that week of me calling I was able to take my puppy to get her first shot. They trimmed her nails and they show how much they care for all these pets that go i there. They make you feel so welcomed and they treat your pet as their own. I’m so glad I came across this place and it’s only about 5 blocks away from my Home. I love it here

Love this Vet. They are always fast and courteous. Love the Mon-Fri clinic, really appreciate the the low cost of the clinic to. Love the way they care for all my animals. I never worry bringing my pets to them.

Gee I don't know but I would imagine they do. I think their prices are comparable to anyone else but they don't push unnecessary tests on you and will tell you if you are wasting your money doing a certain test.
They are very good with checking their teeth at every exam. My friend's cat had to have some cleaning and extractions done. Price was in $400 range. I have nothing to compare that to but she was very pleased with services rendered.
Dr. Ruppert is the main vet but he has others that are wonderful too.
I've been trying to get my pet in too. I wish they would leave a voicemail letting us know they aren't in. The same thing happened last year during the same time.
Yes!
I do not honey ,maybe if you call them tomorrow morning and ask them , and if not maybe they can refer you to a really good place. Best of luck
We apologize for the wait times on our phone line! Our team checks emails frequently throughout the day and work to accept all calls that come through.

Yes they do. They have several options. Whether you want ashes back, cremated separately, or in group. All at different prices.
