Dr. Single doesn't want to help you unless you need surgery right away and can make him 10s of 1000s of dollars. There is something major wrong with my hips and I am in excrutiating pain and unable to walk but nothing showed on the xray and he refused to order an MRI even though an MRI of my back showed hip issues as well as back issues 4 years ago and its gotten significantly worse. Just straight up said no he is not helping me. Also very arrogant and arguementative, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My Husband had to have surgery because of a severed Achilles tendon and I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Whiteside and his staff. Everyone has been so nice and caring throughout this entire ordeal. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a caring orthopedic Dr.

I had a similar experience , almost identical to the attached review. The only difference was the doctor was Dr Ellison. He appeared to be unconcerned with listening to my perception of my issue, and went straight in in a rude and arrogant manner of telling me I needed to lose weight. I have never been treated in such a manner by a physician. I strongly recommend the VA consider removing this practice from it’s list of options for veteran’s community care! I seriously considered reaching out to community care and requesting a new provider. There is no need to be disrespectful and rude to clients seeking professional services through the Tideland network of healthcare services. “ I had an appointment with Dr. Single as a referral for surgery. I didn't like the way he spoke to me during his exam. He showed little concern for my pain. Especially knowing that I have bone on bone in my hip joint. And also the way he approached the subject about me needing to lose weight before he would do surgery was without any thoughtfulness. He wrote a target weight on his business card and said when I get to that weight, give them a call. He doesn't deserve one star in my opinion !!.”
