I would go and leave a deposit and pick a table . Talk to the manager and tell them you have something special in mind . It's worked for me in the past.
I would give them a call because it is Valentine's Day...just to be sure....
Red lobster I would imagine a day or two, if they even allow that. I would give them a call.
