It is a restaurant and any age is welcomed. There is a seperation between bar and restaurant, but you can eat in the bat. Late night may be inappropriate for under 21.
You can definitely bring your 18-year-old. They do serve food there. At night though there tends to be a lot of people drinking and smoking on the patio. Just something to keep in mind
No not a good place for kids but he's 18 should be ok till they kick him out
