They do have the best selection and best prices, but their customer service makes you question if the savings are even worth it. The employees will purposely float around the store with no sense of urgency, I haven't been to this store without waiting less than 2 hours even when its not busy. They control the "number" system and refuse to update it even when you mention to them it is incorrect. Yesterday we witnessed the employees turn down a customer and refused to give him a number because they closed "in only 2 hours" when we were the only same two people still waiting since 2 hours earlier. I have to return for pick up in 10 days and I am seriously not looking forward to it

Horrible service. Went in to buy some ammo and stood at the gun counter for 10 minutes while 3 employees helped 2 customers. As the employees began to help others who walked up I asked one of the workers if i needed to take a number to get service. He asked what i needed and i said, just some ammo. He then directed me towards the area of the gun safes and said, stand over by that sign. I walked over to see a sign, facing the wall that said, ammo line. There i waited another 20 minutes in line with 3 other individuals who had joined me.. over and over again the 3 employees behind the counter helped customers who simply walled up. Frustrated i took my money and left. 20 minutes later i was in a competitor shop purchasing what i needed and receiving exceptional service. I don't care how good your prices may be, if I can't get the product it dosen't matter. I would rather pay more and receive good service than shop in your store.

Very great first experience going to this kind of store my girlfriend and I have. I'm glad they have affordable lightweight 22 rifles at around 5 pounds. I do wish they had string for my 66 inch longbow but they do not specialize in archery. I give 5 stars for an unbelievably good experience and 4 for above average.

One of the last few sporting goods store that are price reasonable and have plenty of soft baits for those bass fisherman.
