Ok. We have been in at least 6-8 times over the last year and have never been asked to provide a deposit until today. We have really enjoyed bringing our dogs in over the years and watching as your business has grown. You folks are great. I am not interested in providing any more financial info over the internet than I already do and prefer my correspondences be private vs public. I will always be a big fan of how you handle the animals but being a bit of a dinosaur, I prefer a more personal approach based on the trust we have developed as being a customer that will honor the appointments that we make. Thank you again for making every one of our visits a pleasurable experience. We will always highly recommend your business as you and your staff do outstanding work and are great with the dogs.
They had $15 deposit for at least a year now and goes towards your payments after the service is done. I always use existing customers site. Hope that helps.
