Today My son took his 6 month old maltipoo for a haircut. When we picked up our dog his facial hair was at the same long length. The worker, Jenny, conveyed the reason that my dog wasn't trained for haircuts which is understandable. I was frustrated yet became ultimately offended when this lady began saying that my dog by now should have had several haircuts and said it in a way to move the focus from their inadequate services to now making it my fault. She was literally trying to reprove me as if it was her business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. What is more, if I brought him back so she could finish her job she'd charged me even if dog sat still. She should have focused on a reasonable solution and not on an excuse, much less on counseling a customer. Business 101.

Super nice to have this doggy wash spot in the neighborhood. Plenty of room for both my dogs in the same tub, friendly service, I'll be coming back!

Just moved from OB to NH. Looking for a groomer nearby and found Top Dog. Can't believe how lucky I am. They did a great job on my rescue dog that takes a while to get used to a groomer. I mean best looking cut he has ever had. Highly recommend!
