Im not privy to who's the most corrupt, but I am witness to towing companies & police lining their pockets & essentially stealing working class folks transportation. A their recently stole my late model Civic, that was newly registered, tagged, smogged, & insured .3 weeks later I got a notice in the mail saying my vehicle had been found. I went to the tow yard to reclaim it(& unwisely hoping that my tools & belongings were at least partially still in there)when the yard let me know that my car had been recovered 5 days prior, & that I owed over $450 in fees.... For having my car stolen!?;! I was mad, but more so confused. This couldn't be legal, so I called the police ,the watch commander, the city district attorneys the county district attorneys& anyone else I could think of to right this obvious wrong albeit to no avail. Sdpd & that tow company stole my vehicle & sold it at auction on Halloween for profit. Shameful

Hello All, We used this company to load a Mercedes E-63 onto a larger carrier. We agreed on a rate of: $230. They came to the shop before our carrier did and agreed to wait for him to come. After waiting for around an hour, they took the vehicle into possession without informing us and took it to their yard 14 miles away. After taking it to their yard they tell our carrier to pick it up from them and bill him $1,200. Our carrier calls us and asks why he needs to pay $1,200 so we contact Angelos Towing and ask why there is a bill of $1,200 and why did they bring the vehicle to their yard they simply say that they are an impound company and that they have the right to impound vehicles. We know and understand that they are not legally able to impound vehicles without an order from CHP or any other law enforcement department. Additionally they never asked us if they can take the vehicle to their yard. At this point they are not releasing the vehicle and are demanding for $1,200 or else they detain the vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY AND USE OTHER TOWING IN THE AREA. Thank You
