Excellent customer service. The driver did a fantastic job. He called me before he arrived, was prompt and took care of everything properly. He even dropped the vehicle at the service center and saved at least 45min of mine.

I just want to make this clear first...I have never met the owner Gabriel Jebb before the day I initially contacted him through a random google search approximately 3 weeks ago. But with all the negativity going on these days for one of the few times in my life ( I hardly ever write reviews and I’ve been around the block a few times! ( 2 tours combat vet USMC) I felt that someone with the class and dignity that this gentleman’s character is built with must be recognized cuz having your neighbors back is few and far between these days. ( especially in his line of work I think we will agree) I don’t want this to be an out me for a second because to this day I still owe him for both the tow and storage due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances with unemployment ( they owe me money) but irrelevant to anyone else ; everyone is struggling right now one way or another ESPECIALLY SMALL OWNER OPERATOR BUISNESS LIKE HIS. With that said Murphy’s law applied here and sparing the details when Store Em Self Storage didn’t hold my reservation for a unit for my 49 Chevy at around 5 evening I was stuck period and Gabriel offered me a weeks free storage letting me know I wasn’t obligated to pay it so I can find another spot. 2 days later my registered and insured Cadillac was wrongfully towed ( ty San Diego PD and again sparing the details) which was resolved with the appeal but still had to be towed out of there. A retired Marine only receiving partial pension sand still not being able to get through to unemployment ( whoever’s on it understands) and my budget to the dollar I didn’t have the money for tow and car wasn’t finished yet( rebuilt motor) if I didn’t have it out of there the day SDPD released it(I obviously won appeal) I would start to accrue storage fees again! I then called Gabriel , explained the sitauation and he towed it for free. May I add a Flat bed tow truck! Listen I’ve been In touch with him ever since and I will pay him back with interest and a hug seriously because if it wasn’t for him I think we all know the situation could of gotten a lot worse along with my blood pressure. May I also add his drivers were timely, professional, and just as classy as theyre boss. So please if you need to deal with a tow service I’m recommending this buisness not only for they’re duties at hand but for an example and blueprint on how people should try to conduct themselves with buisness or just as a citizen. This experience gave me confidence again that they’re are truly good people/ buisness’s out there that actually have your back. Ty again guys!

The guy that works for this place by the name dominic is so rude and disrespectful and also the girls that work for the perris location are also rude and unhelpful. At the perris location they damaged severely my car and not only that they went through my car like if they were looking for something they completely trashed my inside car and even left someone else belongings inside my car,my car had also missing gas my mileage was not where I left it. Talked to one of the girls that work at the perris location and all I get as a response is a paper to take to the notary and pay the fees which that is no help for all the damages done to my car. I did contact my finance company and they will resolve this matter with this location of san Diego towing in perris .Will not ever recommended this place and if someone has there car at this location make sure you check it really good when being picked up .
