When was this theater built and who was the artist that painted the beautiful mural of the Spanish dancers over the doors and what year was it painted?

Built in 1930 (opened in 1931). Artist of the mural over the doors is Samuel John Armstrong. He lived in Santa Barbara In the 30's but I haven't found a date of when the mural was actually done.

It was built in 1931. It was restored and expanded in the mid 70s. I do not know who painted the murals. In researching further it states that the artist(s) are sadly unknown.
