Last I heard dogs are allowed on the patio but not indoors.
YES they are allowed. They have a doggie menu and give complimentary water. Dog needs to be on a leash. Cant sit on your lap or eat off your plate. But they will bring a doggie bowl if you are wanting to share your food. Excellent service!
