EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF WORKING IN THE SUSHI SECTION. I go to WholeFoods whenever I want to eat sashimi instead of going to a restaurant. Their pre-packaged sushi section SOMETIMES have albacore tuna without rice or sauce and also regular tuna. As I can't have too much salt or sauce, I need to read the ingredient labels or look very closely at the trays that are rice plus fish. Today while doing this, the Asian staff who works in the sushi section RUDELY asked me what I was looking at (I explained I needed to read the label and also see what's inside the roll); then she RUDELY told me what was on the outside which I could see for myself but I needed to know what was INSIDE. She RUDELY told me NOT TO LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TRAY, that I could ask her. I was too polite to call her out and ask for the supervisor to report her RUDE CUSTOMER LACK OF SERVICE! I don't know who she thinks she is (owner of the store?) or maybe she's looking down on me (little does she knows that, for 3 consecutive days, i've been to this WholeFoods and spent $100 just on 5 trays of sashimi!) Pls have a refresher on how to speak to customers. If you don't want me to read the label by holding up the tray and looking at top to bottom, then post a sign. Do NOT ever speak to a customer in such rude manner! Staff at Ralph's, Von's, Walmart and Costco are FAR FAR FAR BETTER in their attitude towards customers than this woman! Because of this, I will NOT return to this Whole Foods, as they clearly don't need my business!

Staff here is helpful and nice. However, this store has a big problem with keeping shelves stocked. Every darn time I shop here, they are missing at least 2 to 3 items I came for, and those are basic like water or cream cheese. It has become a real nuisance to shop here. I go instead to Whole Foods in Porter Ranch (amazing) or Malibu, because I drivethere often. The store managers in this location need to get their act together, although I suspect it may be a supply issue further up the chain. But then, why are other Whole Foods locations doing much better?

My Favorite supermarket in Thousand Oaks! Great selection year round, always clean, great staff and the butcher is fantastic, only drawback is the hot food could be better, but still good.

Yes, great selection of gluten free goodies, fresh and frozen
Yes they do
Not sure. Also there is no consistency one day you see corn or plum next day it is gone.
There's a little section for nuts and grains, but I can't say whether they have sprouted wheat flour. Why not just call the store?
Yes i believe they do
I don’t think so
Thanks and my aunt told us but I guess I will have to call whole foods and ask them
Some but not really what I would call "bulk"
Thousand oaks doesn't typically carry it, just when there's a promo or the like
I think so call them.
Call them
I think they may carry that
I am not sure about that
Their cheese selection often changes. Pls call them.
They most likely do have that cheese. Now for the pb&j I truly do not know.
Call their customer service line
I've seen them at Walmart too.
