Must be a Florida resident AND have medical marijuana card issued by state of Florida.
You need to have a medical marijuana patient card register for Florida with the health department without that you cannot receive any medical marijuana and at the current moment we are not participating in recreational marijuana .At this moment voting is still in place for that law hopefully in the near future we will have that available but not right now sorry if you need your meds definitely get a medical marijuana card for Florida so when you get over here you could just go straight to a dispensary and get it
